About Dr. Nancy Cha
Dr. Nancy Cha is a licensed psychologist who provides individual, couples and group psychotherapy. She works with people facing challenges with interpersonal relationships, work-life balance, and issues of identity and a shifting sense of self. It’s healthy to seek therapy throughout life transitions, periods of stagnation, and moments when life presents internal and external blocks. Dr. Cha believes healthy people seek therapy for a variety of reasons throughout life, and psychotherapy can help find a genuine, integrated way of living and relating to others. Dr. Cha works from a relational and insight oriented approach to help recognize patterns, identify blind spots, and enhance awareness of unconscious habits and choices that impact one’s life and functioning.
